Dr. Jacob Topfer, DO
Dr. Jacob Topfer is a board-certified anesthesiologist and fellowship-trained interventional pain management physician specializing in advanced regenerative and minimally invasive pain therapies. He trained at Nova Southeastern University and completed anesthesiology residency and a chronic pain fellowship at the University of Miami / Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Topfer has extensive experience with advanced neuromodulation techniques, including spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulation, for patients with neuropathic or refractory pain. He uses both fluoroscopic and ultrasound guidance to perform interventional procedures with a focus on precision and safety.
He blends his foundation in traditional anesthesiology with cutting-edge regenerative therapies designed to treat pain at its source rather than simply masking symptoms. His approach centers on restoring function, improving performance, and enhancing quality of life with tailored, evidence-based treatment plans.
Dr. Topfer’s expertise also includes pain management with adjunct modalities such as IV ketamine, offering comprehensive care for complex pain conditions.
